Welcome to BODI Clinic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including booking, treatments, and retail purchases. By accessing our website or booking a service with BODI Clinic (“BODI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
BODI Clinic provides therapeutic bodywork and wellness services, including but not limited to therapeutic massage, medical massage for veterans, face sculpting and facial lifting, lymphatic drainage and body sculpting, prenatal and postnatal bodywork, myofascial release, and wellness consultations.
Our services are wellness and bodywork treatments and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advicefrom a licensed physician or healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from a recent procedure, please consult your doctor before booking.
2. Booking & Appointments
- Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email.
- We recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete any required intake paperwork.
- A valid method of contact and, where applicable, payment method may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
Late Arrivals Arriving late may result in a shortened session at full price, out of respect for the next client’s scheduled appointment.
3. Health Disclosures & Client Responsibility
You are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant health information at booking and intake, including but not limited to:
- Recent Botox or dermal filler treatments
- Pregnancy
- Allergies or skin sensitivities
- Medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries that may affect treatment
- Medications that may impact treatment safety
Certain treatments (such as Kobido, buccal massage, and face-sculpting techniques) require a minimum waiting period following injectable treatments (2 weeks after Botox, 4 weeks after dermal fillers). Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety or outcome of your treatment, and BODI Clinic is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed information.
We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment for any client where a health condition, disclosed or observed, presents a safety concern.
4. Results Disclaimer
Individual results from any treatment vary based on age, skin condition, health history, and consistency of sessions. While many clients see visible results after a single session, optimal and lasting results typically require a course of sessions. BODI Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Retail Products
BODI Clinic offers retail wellness products, including Novamind, our in-house nootropic and cognitive wellness line.
- Retail products are intended for general wellness support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- Please consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

6. Payment
We require 50% of the treatment cost at booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. We accept [list accepted payment methods]. Prices for services and retail products are subject to change without notice.
7. Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. BODI Clinic reserves the right to refuse service or end a session at any time in response to inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, with no refund provided for a session ended on this basis.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of BODI Clinic and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BODI Clinic and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or retail products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BODI Clinic, its owners, employees, and practitioners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services or website.
